I'm the person who does all the estimates. You’re never dealing with different people. I do most of all the work myself, which I prefer. I do have sub-contractors from time to time, all with many years of experience, all insured. When a contract is signed I have three payments (State of Connecticut recommends) 1st payment when contract is signed, 2nd payment half way thru job, 3rd payment when job is completed. This gives you piece of mind. My company also offers all types of WOOD SIDING repairs and installation along with specialty services for UNIQUE COPPER GUTTER SYSTEMS.
"Kurt did an excellent job in repairing several rotted windows vs going through the tremendous expense of replacing them. Kurt is professional, friendly, always on time and communicates effectively. His pricing is very fair. I plan on hiring him for another project. Highly recommend. You won’t be sorry. Great guy!"

He took my old wood backyard deck and turned it into a beautiful large Azek deck. Everything was done to spec, including four sets of stairs. He also partially wrap it around my above ground pool for easy access to pool. Bill is easy going, smart, and a pleasure to work with.
