Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. The cap on the pipe was not a bug proof cap when they installed it. The company that changed out the well pump in 2018 never mentioned it.
