Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. "Justin called be back very quickly. He listened to my problem and said he would take a look. He was at my house an hour later. He was very meticulous in tracking down the problem which ended up being easier on the pocket book then I thought it was going to be. Justin is what every home owner wants in a tech, easy to talk to, he listens and he is very good at his profession. My well pipe has been there since 1988. The cap on the pipe was not a bug proof cap when they installed it. The company that changed out the well pump in 2018 never mentioned it.
