"When using the garbage disposal, the kitchen drain was backing up into the bathroom sink on the lower level of my split level house. Travis called me in route to my house to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and worked quickly to resolve the problem within an hour. "The job took 1.5 days because I had moved everything to the center of the basement. They had 5+ feet of clearance around the perimeter, with plastic covering hung from floor joists. The dust still managed to cover everything behind the plastic walls. My advice: do a thorough job of sealing the space or be prepared to have a big dust cleanup. Only disappointment was that the drain at the foot of the steps to the bilco doors was positioned directly below the internal door. You cannot install a sill on top of this so when finishing we will now have a dangerous transition. This was never explained. Otherwise, a great crew."
