"I was billed for oil that was never delivered. I called and spoke to them, they sent over a technician claiming my tank was broken. Once it was confirmed that it was not a tank problem they sent over another technician a week later. Their very own employee said that it was impossible that the amount I was billed for would even fit in my tank. It took several calls to even get a refund. If I had not been incredibly vigilant about this I would never had known and paid an extra 400 dollars on oil- for nothing. I WILL NEVER deal with them again, and neither should you... Unless you like giving away money."
