They did the job correctly but they made an incredible mess. They actual job they did, it's working, it's now functioning the way it's suppose to, so I can't say they did a poor job of that. They were incredibly messy and sloppy, they had to take doors off to, you know, move the old tank out and put the new one in, and they didn't even put all the screws back in the hinges, you know, it was just incredibly sloppy workmanship in terms of the total job. There's even a place where the pipe was suppose to go through the cinder block wall to fill the tank with oil, and it's like an air vent and so on, and they just stuffed like a paper towel around the hole that goes through the concrete without thoroughly patching up the area with new concrete. That kind of real sloppy stuff. I had to call the company twice and write a letter to complain, and they finally sent somebody back to fix things that weren't done right the first time. It was that kind of an issue. I would not recommend them to anybody to install an oil tank in their house, no.

I walked in to make an appointment but was asked if I wanted it then and there. Dr. Hong is very good. I have been going to him for a few years and haven't had any problems

We've been going here since they opened several years ago. Our whole family goes here for our eye care. Dr. Hong is nice, listens, and makes the appointment go by quickly. I usually only have to go for routine exams but twice we have had to go for something that had gotten in our eyes and he was very good helping us and getting us healthy again! Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I like their service and their products. The products were really high quality, and the services were big box retailers. Their service was excellent!

My new prescription glasses were lost in the Lazy River at Six Flags. I needed something immediately, so thought I'd revisit contacts. I tried several pair of contacts with another optometrist a few years ago, but nothing seemed to work for me.
Dr. Hong adjusted his schedule to meet me immediately for a contact lens exam. It only took one try with Dr. Hong for me to get the right fit of contacts. Things have been good ever since.
