It is a big plumbing company here in Connecticut. Services that are included with the charge are having 24 hour a day service every day. This covers any type of plumbing, like, pipes leaking and my furnaces if there is a problem with the heat, that kind of thing. They are reliable and have been in business a long time. Every plumber that has ever come here has been extremely knowledgeable. They don't take advantage of you. One time my heat was not working upstairs, we have water running through the baseboard. It was winter and I got up and it was cold so I called them. He came right way, it was something with the thermostat on the actual boiler, but he said that you know, really, what he had to do was drain the water out of the system to fix this they then he said really and truly there is probably a little leak I did not think there was a leak and he said I would be surprised abut leaks in the baseboards. He could have charged me $400 to do that but he did not do that because he said it would probably not show up. We have never had any trouble after that. Some other guy could have said to me I had to do this then I would have done it because I would have been concerned that I would have a flood. I trust these people. Their quality is very good.
That's why I got a service contract with them because they are very reliable. I pay, I think, like, $8.75 a month and if I have something break, like on a Sunday morning it is, like, very reliable so I don't had have to think about it. It's like, it's a big company and they service their customers. They always give you, like, you know, every year they send out something that gives you like a 30-percent discount on certain things if you decide to upgrade or whatever. not that you do this all the time, but I just like it. I need to have somebody really reliable that I can call if I am in trouble with plumbing.
