"Ductworks responded to this call in a timely manner giving the customer a time of arrival. Our technician followed Ductworks protocol giving the customer a diagnosis and upfront pricing ($226 to replace capacitor). We use upfront, flat rate pricing and at this time our customers can decide to go forward or decline the repair. This particular gentleman decided to decline our services stating he was an electrical engineer and could replace the part himself. Our technician thanked him and left the site."

"We appreciate your feedback, Ductworks is always striving to improve our services. This estimate was a replacement of the existing air conditioning system therefore the ductwork was not restructured. If the customer feels the airflow is not balanced, please call the office and we can set up an appointment to come out and look at the issue."
"Yes, the diagnostic is just to diagnose any issues you may be having with your system. We are sorry for any confusion on that. Please let us know if you need anything in the future."
