They lie temps are to high. We had a working three ton . This company replaced with a two ton and it is not keeping up. They promised to replace with the same ton they took out then change there story. It would be a lose for the company. And that’s why I Must admit the owner is going above and beyond to fix but still no change this is the temp after owner cam coming out of vent. 61-69 says it should be 52 not anywhere close to that. They need to train there sales associates better. Now they ignor are calls

My 40 year old boiler began leaking carbon monoxide and the gas company gave me 8 days to get it replaced or they would shut off my heat. Out of three companies I contacted, Ductworks not only had the best pricing but was the only one that didn't try to get me to "upgrade" to a heating system I didn't need. They got the job done on time and even came back when the gas company wanted some additional adjustments. And the new boiler works great.

Ductworks was outstanding. They accommodated the changing schedule by EverSource and kept us up to date on the time frame. They were professional, their work is outstanding and they shepherded us through the financing and guided our choices. They responded to many calls and were prompt and reliable with their appointments. We highly recommend them. We will use them for all future work.

The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. Quoted $250.00 as the charge to replace the capacitor. I got online and checked the average cost of replacement of capacitor. Offered to pay $120. Technician declined my offer. I ordered my capacitor online and replaced it myself for $20.
Response from Ductworks HVAC Services
"Ductworks responded to this call in a timely manner giving the customer a time of arrival. Our technician followed Ductworks protocol giving the customer a diagnosis and upfront pricing ($226 to replace capacitor). We use upfront, flat rate pricing and at this time our customers can decide to go forward or decline the repair. This particular gentleman decided to decline our services stating he was an electrical engineer and could replace the part himself. Our technician thanked him and left the site."

Purchased a big deal from them for $49. They did some other stuff, it was $49 for the house coil. They were very professional. They worked. We haven't had a any problems since. It was competitively priced. All very positive, they were straightforward, honest, all that kind of stuff, they were on time. The work turned out very well.

I'm not entirely thrilled with it, but I guess it was moderately adequate. Mostly anybody could have done the same amount for me just as well. They wound up not accurately regulating the distribution of the cold air into the various rooms. It's possible that the size unit they put in or provided was a little on the light side and could have gone a little bit farther, but they didn't do any calculations by room volume. It should work. It kind of works, but not perfect. You probably get offered more for more money, but altogether it would've been about the same price no matter who did the job. They were right on time 100%. What they did, they did well. I would look for somebody else.

"We appreciate your feedback, Ductworks is always striving to improve our services. This estimate was a replacement of the existing air conditioning system therefore the ductwork was not restructured. If the customer feels the airflow is not balanced, please call the office and we can set up an appointment to come out and look at the issue."

I hadn't understood that this was not a hands on inspection and so they did exactly what they describe but wasn't what I needed. An inspection means buying a maintenance package.
Response from Ductworks HVAC Services
"Yes, the diagnostic is just to diagnose any issues you may be having with your system. We are sorry for any confusion on that. Please let us know if you need anything in the future."

Very good. They were able to schedule right way. The services was provided and the problem resolved. The only issue was the technician's 2 hours delay, but we understand, it's a very busy time for this kind of services.

Ductworks is a first-class operation. One of the two owners, who are brothers, arrived on time to give me an estimate. A few days later, I received three estimates: good, better & best. Subsequently his daughter worked with me via email to add a fourth (better than best) estimate with a two-stage furnace and a variable-speed high-efficiency air conditioner. The two installers arrived at 8:30 AM on the appointed day and got right to work. They worked steadily until they were done around 2:30 PM. They did a neat installation and cleaned up afterward. Then they spent about half an hour teaching me how to use my new high-tech thermostat. That was almost five months ago, and there have been no problems so far. I am a worrier, but Ductworks did the job flawlessly, including the paperwork required by my town (building permit), my condo association (certificate of insurance) and the power company (for a $250 energy efficiency rebate).

Due to the large size of the Carrier furnace, 120k BTU, the diameter of the installed vent pipe needed to be expanded from 4" to 6" and a condensation drip from a new copper lineset was fixed with added insulation. The modifications were handled within a couple of days and the overall install went very smooth.

The cost for a furnace cleaning is more that a one year service contract that includes the cleaning. The one year service contract was $279. The don't sell oil, so you don't have to lock into higher oil prices. Just what I was looking for.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and how he was going to proceed. It took him about two hours and when he left the house smelled great and the air conditioner seemed more efficient. We were pleased with the experience and plan to be better about having the vents vacuumed more often. We would not hesitate to have this company back again.

Ductworks installed our new air conditioner. They were excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were such a great team and got the job done quickly and professionally. Ductworks were truly amazing on how each member of the team had there own job to do and I can express how wonderful they were. After completion the owner (Kurt) came by and inspected the job. I can't say enough how good they were. Use them, and you will be truly satisfied. Thanks Ductworks!!!!
