I think it was 195 gallons of oil. I don?t know how you rate the quality of an oil delivery. I wasn?t even home, they just showed you and filled up my tank. I assumed they knew our tank was getting low, in which they were right. We didn?t schedule them. They just kind of show up when they think our oil tank is running low. I didn?t have to call them, so they just show up. I didn?t have to call them so responsiveness was great. Professionalism was definitely an ?A? because I didn?t have to actually talk or meet with the people when they came to do it.

A little slow on quote, but worth the wait. Knowledge of product a little weak, pipe work was different then scoped. They were neat in a finished area. 2nd zone did not work when they finished. Came to fix and couldn't find the problem. Left emergency switch turned off emergency switch so boiler did not work at all for 1 day. Came to fix 2nd time and they were told there was no shut off valve in house in 2nd zone but insisted on looking. Ultimately found that new piping was clogged with leftover debris from install

They have been very good and very helpful. Service work is done promptly and annually by them. They are a solid, reliable company as their name suggests. You can buy oil cheaper in the marketplace, but I think it's worth the few extra pennies for the service we get from Reliable Oil.

Steve W is the best there is for service around. You may get oil a little cheaper but having the best tech and installer around is worth it. One call does it all especially when Steve is doing the work. The other techs are very good too as they have learned from Steve.
