I don't know off the top of my head how much they charge. I have a contract with them. I renew every year, and this will be going on three years. They usually come once a month during the winter time. They clean out the system once a year and clean it.

A whole team of people came from Dutch Oil to remove my old boiler and install the new one. I expected it to take the whole day, but they were finished and the unit tested by mid-day. All of the new plumbing was installed in a clean and organized fashion, and they were happy to answer all the questions I threw at them. They took the time to make sure the hot water temperature was set just right, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Since the boiler was installed, the burner began leaking oil, and they responded immediately and replaced the burner the same day. I am happy with the service from Dutch Oil and feel that they take care of their customers.

They thing I like most about them is here in Connecticut, we get hit by snow and they make an extra effort to make it up my driveway. Their are cheaper oil companies but they are worth the money. I have never had a problem with them showing up.

They delivered a tank of oil for $800 or so. They're on automatic plan, so they show up.

We switched to Dutch Oil for our heating oil and maintenance of our furnace. They were recommended by a neighbor who has done business with them for many years. They have done an excellent job in meeting and exceeding our expectations. The previous oil company we used became impossible. They billed for sevices they didn't provide and lied about when they would make an oil delivery. I thought we would end up taking them to small claims court. We are please with Dutch Oil and the professionalism and excellent customer service we have received.

The sales representative came to the house to assess our needs and was pleasant, punctual and very helpful. The man that delivered our first oil supply was very courteous and willing to answer any questions I had.

I have been using Dutchoil for over 14 years for heating oil service. The are very responsive and provide many different options for yearly plans. The have recently upgraded to provide online receipts and contract sign ups. We have needed repairs twice over that time period and they were very quick to come out to make the repairs. If there are any problems afterwards they will always make it right. It is a great family owned company. We also used them for our central air conditioning and they did a great job.

. They installed a hot water storage tank off of my furnace and removed the coil from my furnace. This gave me a larger hot water storage capacity at a reasonable price. They have installed a couple of other fuel saving devices to my furnace over the years and I am happy with them.

It was great. They came when they were called, they are clean and never leave a mess. They come anytime you call them and they are there when they say they are going to be there.
