"Sila installed a new Lennox HVAC system 2 years ago and when there was a leak today they showed up within hours! Not like some places that would have many excuses and complain about Fri being too busy. Their Tech Calverton is a special tech, knowledgeable, polite and willing to go the extra mile. Not only did he fix the leaking problem he took his time to adjust dampers to ensure all rooms are toasty! This has always been a problem for us and not fixed until now. It takes a patient problem solving tech to make a happy customer! A special thanks to the service manager ,Doug Bines , who always seems to help when needed."

We had several contractors evaluate the problem but found that there is a marked amount of dishonesty in this industry and ultimately we decided to offer the project to CJ Mechanical. The diagnosis was thorough and the work was completed in a timely manner. We give this review a 4.9 because CJ Mechanical refused to sign a contract but instead insisted on using an invoice with a disclaimer notice. Experience has taught us that no matter the job, or how many positive reviews a contractor has online, it is very important to get a detailed contract that clearly states the scope of the work and responsibilities. Fortunately for us, in this instance, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the system is functioning significantly better than it had previously. Great job."

"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

Not only did they do the install of my ductless system, they also had their own electricians to wire it into my electrical system. Other companies that gave me an estimate stated that I could hire my own electrician or use one that they recommended, but that would be a separate charge which would add about a $1000 to the quoted price.
