New to the area, we'd be sold a "latest model" combined hot water and heating system by Climate Partners, not realizing that they hadn't been selling or more importantly working on it for long and it was a terrible system that created huge issues for us every year. So when - after only 7 years - they told us the system was dead, and once again we were showering at friends' houses and using space heaters to keep warm, we turned away from their "latest model" and contacted Eric. He'd been taking very good care of our air conditioning system, and our neighbors had used him for years and loved him. Of course a big storm was heading our way...
Eric & Stephen saved us, and we have full faith in the system they and their team put in only two days later, before the big storm hit!

Called 5 companies and only this one actually showed up and all within 24 hours. The other 4 have not called back 48 hours later. Service was prompt and all time commitments were met. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

We were more than happy with Steve's handling of our situation. As seniors, the heat was intolerable that day and he understood the difficulties we were having with the high temperature and humidity.

The central air unit stopped working in August. I could hear the unit trying to turn on but no cold air would come out of our vents. I called a couple of repair services recommended by Angie's List. After getting initial estimates for diagnosing the problem, I decided on using Acp. Steve was able to come out at the end of that same day to take a look, around 4:30pm. It wasn't what he originally thought it might be, but he diagnosed the problem after testing a few parts. It's been a couple of months since I had the repair done so I don't remember the exact part, I believe it was a fan motor that needed to be replaced, but he made a few calls and was able to locate a non OEM part in stock to get it sooner and to save me some money. The whole diagnosis took probably about 45 minutes to an hour. I called him the next morning and he was at the parts place picking up the part. He came back later that day to put it in. He had to cut the stem on the new motor with a hacksaw so the fan blades would fit correctly. After testing it, he checked the rest of the unit and found that I was low on refrigerant. He showed me his test results and then told me how much additional it would be to add refrigerant. It seemed a fair price. The whole repair took about 3 hours including the time for the diagnosis the previous day. When all was said and done he gave me an additional discount on the refrigerant and came in as estimated. Plus he did the whole thing quickly and in the time he promised. A big bonus when you consider it was an AC problem in the middle of August. He seemed pretty busy but he was able to squeeze me in. He answered all my questions and was more than fair with the price, trying to save me money wherever he could. I would highly recommend him.

Both Eric and Steve are extremely professional. They are clean and fast workers and are very fair with their pricing. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

This was a care-free renovation. The owner contacted me just a few hours after I reached out to him; came out quickly to give me an estimate; followed up promptly to answer my questions and showed up when they were supposed to and did a very neat, clean, thorough job. They handled everything and had covered all contingencies and were actually done a few hours faster than I thought. His pricing was in line with my two other quotes and his recommendations were backed up by all the blogs and chatter on the internet. I took several of his cards and will recommend him across the board to all my friends. We even hired him to continue on with a maintenance contract on all our systems in the house. Can't go wrong with this one!

They had great customer service. I can't remember a single negative thing about their services. Everything was reasonable. The results are great.

They estimated 3 days and it was done in 3 days. Because of the limitations of the house, they worked with us to ensure that we had as much space left after the installation as possible, often having to come up with custom solutions in the tight attic space. They were prompt, quiet and accommodating. The holes made in the walls and ceiling were minimal, and it's possible they actually left the house cleaner than when they got here.

ACP Heating and Cooling was so helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get our air conditioning working in one trip. The other company had come several times and couldn't figure it out. We were very impressed with their professionalism, good communication, and responsiveness.
