"I spoke with Alvin at about 9 AM on a Wednesday and he had a team at my house the same day. I had three plumbing issues and Eric and Bryan were able to fix them in about two hours. They gave me an estimate before they began work and that is what I ultimately paid. The team was efficient and courteous, and I was pleased with both the work and the fact they were able to come in a short time. I thought the charge was reasonable and competitive. "Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."
