"I called two Electricians from Angie's List on Saturday, March 2, 2013, and did not feel comfortable with their responses after I explained that my circuit breaker tripped and I lost power on one side of my master bedroom and bathroom. I called DR Electric on Monday morning, March 4, 2013, and explained my problem.  Tony informed me that Rick who is the Master Electrician could be at my home the same morning between 10:00 am and 12 noon.  When Rick arrived at 10:00 am, he was very thorough with explaining and repairing the problem, which he did not charge for the service.  In addition, my fire alarm system went off twice within 1 month, which I had to called the fire department to check and see if there was a carbon monoxide problem.  When the fire department is called for carbon monoxide, the utilities company must also come to the house to check for carbon monoxide. The Utilities company informed me that the duel fire and carbon monoxide alarms are very sensitive and they had responded to numerous carbon monoxide false alarms in the area.  The Utilities company recommended that I separate the fire alarms and have a carbon monoxide alarm on each floor. The utilities company also recommended which fire and carbon monoxide alarms to purchase.   In addition, the area which I live there has been several homes which has been struck by lighting so I was interested in the whole house power surge. Rick explained how the whole house surge protector works along with the different systems and warranties.  On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Rick installed the whole house surge protector; Tony replaced my fire alarm system and placed the carbon monoxide on each floor .  They both explained the work they completed and was very professional.  I would definitely hire this company again for other electric work. I do plan on having some other electrical work done in the future.  I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

"I initially spoke with Seymour on the phone. I drove out to purchase a fan and pick it up and realized it was much larger than would fit into my car. While I was there Seymour took a few minutes to show me the different sizes and make some recommendations for installation.

I later called and purchased over the phone and he had it delivered to my front door in Westminster promptly. This isn't a big company, from what I can tell Seymour runs the company from his home. To me this is great, it is obvious he cares about what he is selling and if you are also supporting local Denver business.

Along with the fan and vent cover being delivered, I was provided with DIY instructions for installation which were enhanced from the basic instructions provided by the manufacturer. The install went well, and Seymour mentioned I could call if I got stuck and he would walk me through it.

The product is very high quality, it is hard to find stuff like this at a big box store.

"First, shingles for TWO roofs had been delivered on top of our double wide. When the two guys showed up to roof the first day, they didn't know why all the shingles were put on one house. I called Wyndhill and asked for them to move the shingles for the 2nd roof down because of the weight. Was told would be done at end of first day. It was not. Second we were told the work would be done in 2 days which turned into 4. There were 2 guys doing the house roof the first day, and then only one guy came for the next three days over a weekend. Our biggest concern was if he fell off the roof, no one would have known. Wyndhill told us they had run into trouble with losing crew etc. and couldn't reschedule more people to roof. We made so many calls to them about why they didn't show up, why materials were left, etc. They did give us the labor discount from Angies and took another $200 for inconvenience but it was really frustrating. The fan they replaced over the master bath which connects to the bedroom chatters with the wind. We asked them to fix it since Oct 4. Never did to our knowledge. They said they would replace it and they never followed up after several calls to them. My husband wound up going onto the roof and stuffing something in it to make the noise stop. Roof looks good. Price was good. Response was terrible. Sorry."

"this part of it went well: they dismantled the old fan. they assembled the new fan and installed it. This part not so great: After the new fan was installed when I turned on the switch the fan made a humming noise (which the old fan made, too) and it is really annoying. I asked why it was making that noise. they said because the switch is old. I asked if they could change out the switch. No, they don't carry new switches with them. I bought a new switch at Lowes and called White Rhino. It would cost me another $79.00 for them to come out and install the new switch."
