"John washed the interior and exterior windows along with wiping down the frames and screens. The windows were spotless when he finished. We had a hiccup on scheduling the first time out. The weather had turned but we did not receive a call that he would be rescheduling until two hours after the appointment. The second time he did notify us that he would be running late and called when he was in route. John shared with us that he does follow-up reminders for window cleaning at 6 months or a year or can adjust to the owner's schedule. With busy schedules this is a nice service. We will use his service in the future."
