I am an elderly person and just retired. I called HomeAdvisor and ask for someone to inspect my swamp cooler and see if it is ready to be hooked up. Adrian Vargas came to my home, and he went up on my roof and inspected my swamp cooler. He took pictures of the worn-out and needed repairs. He came down and talk to me. He told me that it is in a really bad ship. He can rebuild it but it was gonna cost so much work, money, and time. He provided me with options and possibilities. he picked out the one that is suitable for me and my situation. He is a very resourceful person and he gets a 5 stars rating from me. He's just excellent. A great communicator. He did a good job. I didn't make a decision yet but he told me the things I could do. They provided estimates free of charge and gave recommendations. He is a wonderful person.

Our furnace wasn't working one evening and they came out after hours to help troubleshoot the problem. He gave us the option to pay a warehouse opening fee and have it fixed that night or do it first thing when they opened in the morning. He also identified some other issues with our furnace that was hurting efficiency that he fixed while he was there. Great service and will definitely call them again with any HVAC problems I have.
