Very poor. This company and its owner Chris are by far the worst company and owner I have ever dealt with. He was very rude and non factual. He had stated last year when we had a problem with a previous job to fix the bathroom shower assembly, it was an absolute disaster. Very poor workmanship, numerous missed appointment and times when they didn't even have the appointment on their schedule. The person they had do the work in the bathroom initially was very sloppy and did not install the parts correctly. After battling it out with Chris, he stated that he did not know what was going on with his business and he had to get back into things as he did not know what was going on and why he was having so many customer problems. He begged me to stay with them for business. Reluctantly I agreed. He corrected the prior problem with the bathroom, not to mention the outrageous cost for a shower head and faucet assembly (over $1100). It was for a small 3 bdrm home that has one bathroom, shower/tub shared by my sister and elderly disabled father.
3 years ago, we had AC installed at a cost of over $4800. It had been working fine for 3 years. This year, it stopped blowing cool air. the tech came out and checked it and said the Freon was very low. He was unable to detect a leak and just topped it off with Freon. He stated it could last 3 months to 3 years. Still unsure of how the Freon leaked out. The tech then said if it leaks again, to make sure that they don't just top it off, it would need to be analyzed completely to determine where the leak is. Not sure WHY they did not pursue this NOW. The tech then wrote up the initial invoice so he could ensure that a price was on the order - since "Chris" will increase the price by $200-$300 if the tech does not put a price quote on the invoice before they leave the customer. This is very alarming/deceptive practice and makes us wonder how much we have overpaid in the past 20++ years as a customer. I called Chris regarding the AC problem an he immediately took the defensive and was rude throughout.
We received an invoice this past Friday for $385. No itemization of work performed - parts, Freon used, etc..Another example of their lack of attention to detail and at a minimum disclosing to their customer an accurate detailed invoice.
Buyer be Ware of this company - beyond expensive and very poor workmanship, follow up and if you make an appointment, make sure you double check that they even have it on their books.
