Horrible company! This company installed a humidifier with a saddle valve by drilling a small hole in my new water heater. This “faulty” valve caused a leak in my basement that caused thousands of dollars of damage. The owner Mike said he would send his plumber to install the correct valve to resolve the issue which I happily accepted. Then, he back tracked and refused to send the plumber. These people are negligent and shady. I would not recommend them!
