This company beginning to end was great to work with. In the office, Brittany was very informative and explained every detail and answered every question. We left confident in our purchase. Nick R, and Patrick are the technicians that installed the equipment, knowledgeable and answered every question, they both worked quickly and ensured our system was up to code BEFORE the inspector arrived. Not only did they do their job diligently, they ensured that my family's safty from covid19 virus was their priority.

Excellent. New 95% furnace installed. RBuck techs arrived when scheduled, completed work in 4-5 hrs. Great workmanship. Could not be happier.

Exactly as Randy said it would. Technicians arrived at scheduled time, disconnected and removed old unit, installed new 95% efficient furnace. Connected all heat ducts, replaced flexible gas input line, added new PVC flue and PVC 'combustion air' intake line. Very clean and professional installation. Technicians put down runners across all floors they would be crossing. When they left it was like they had never been there except for the outstanding furnace they installed. And the technicians did in all in just over a half day. Randy's pricing was perfect for our budget and needs. Could not to more pleased. Randy and r buck have our recommendation for any and all HVAC needs.

This is the second time we have had the help of GUY CRUZ. I appreciate that he used shoe covers to walk through the house and was kind and personable. He was patient when I ran behind to meet him at the house and waited for me to get settled. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend him and will look for him for future services.

Mr. Guy Cruz from R Buck Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. arrived on time and asked what the issue was with the air conditioner. He said he would check it and afterwards stated that the capacitor was not working and suggested it be replaced. I agreed and he came back with a new capacitor. He asked where the furnace was because he wanted to check the duct filter. When we went to the basement, there was a leak in the joint of the intake pipe to the water heater. We shut off the water and he said he could repair that as well. He checked the filter and the furnace and then repaired the pipe. Total time was about 1 hour. Mr. Cruz was extremely professional and completed the work as requested. I would highly recommend R Buck Heating and Air Conditioning Inc to anyone who needs HVAC service.
