Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left. The service itself is not performed by this company and contracted out instead and according to the staff I spoke to they have no control over what time the contractors show up to the appointment. So take this into consideration when using this company for repairs, it is not their employees performing the job and who knows what time they will show up for you. For me, it was hours late. "
