It was a pleasure working with Eric and his crew. He has many strengths, but above all is his integrity. He was collaborative, timely and kept in constant contact throughout the entire process. Eric kept things flowing smoothly and stayed on top of materials, dumpsters, schedules and all other necessary factors. He always wore a smile, didnâ t cut corners, and stayed within budget, while explaining each necessary change. The installer Eric did a great job removing and installing a new bathroom vanity and toilet. He also painted the wall behind the vanity and connected the sinks. Eric also installed some dryer vent piping in the garage.

He painted the entire inside of my house, woodwork and walls with two different colors and it was flawless. Since Eric is a general contractor and has many more skills than painting I will definitely keep his name for a future jobs around my new house. I would highly recommend him for any project you might have.

My wife and I are so impressed with the quality of the work performed by Dedicated Services staining our fence. Eric power washed the fence and then applied two coats of stain. The fence is beautiful.

Eric did a great job staining a our iPE deck and also did a smaller deck that wasnâ t in the quote. He was always on time and kept us informed of the progress and was a pleasure to work with.
