"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"Fireplace Solutions sent two employees to service my electric fireplace on 11/4/25 . Reason, My electric fireplace kept clicking off. They arrived on time. Very nice and professional. They were at my home for a little over an hour. Service order states cleaned and serviced. Check list stated everything in working order. Paid $350.00. Few days after visit, fireplace started clicking off again. I called company. I was told by one of their senior employees , who had never even seen my fireplace, that I was going to need whole new insert which was going to cost over a thousand dollars or maybe even a new fireplace which would cause several thousand dollars. I was very upset that this was never told to me by the gentlemen who serviced my unit. I was told the employees are fairly new. (??). As if that is an excuse. I asked for my money back. Was told no because it was ? a service call?. Even though the ?service? was not provided. Fireplace not fixed. "

Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left.
