"I called on Monday afternoon for an estimate and I told Wayne I was under some time constraints (prepping our home to list on the market this week).  He came to the house and gave an estimate Monday afternoon.  I called him Monday evening and he agreed to accomodate my schedule since I was going to be home for a few hours the next morning.  He was efficient in cleaning the interior windows.  We are in an older home with storm windows that I didn't know could be removed.  He was thorough in getting ALL windows cleaned.   He had other appointments throughout the day and said he'd be back in the afternoon to finish up.  I was away when he came back to complete the exterior windows, but it was evident that he had been back to finish up. 
When I arrived home I was so amazed at the difference. 
We have had issues with contractors in the past and Wayne was a refreshing surprise.  He was professional, polite, efficient and respectful of our space.  I have already referred him to 4 of my coworkers and cannot wait to add him to my list of recurring home maintenance contact list.

"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"Andrew and his wife, Whitney, both arrived right on time. It was obvious that he knew his trade very well, as he had to change the project somewhat from the original plan. He went into detail to explain the ramifications to his new plan. Which basically went from tinting my storm windows, to applying the tint directly onto my 79 year old wood window frames. I thanked him for the explanation, and agreed with him. They are both very personable, yet professional as well. The project took them longer since it had to be altered, yet they didn't complain about it, they just went to work. Basically, they had 36 individual window panes to tint and it took them just under 6 hours to complete. Overall, I am VERY pleased with how they came out!
