"The owner did an ok job for the money. I paid him $500 to fix a crack on the stucco on the front of the house. He was several hours late which would have been fine had he called me. Once he completed the work the color that he used to paint over the patch did not match well with the stucco color of the house. I asked him if he could go back to see if he could match the color better. He said yes but once I paid him he did not come back. He also required half of the project cost up front."

"They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."

"This job was one of the worst I've ever had quoted. First, it was difficult to get a detailed quote. I asked for one, and he said it would be too difficult for him to make one. But I received a written price for the job of $1100 for materials and labor. I confirmed the price, also in writing, and when he confirmed that price, I agreed to it. On the day of the job, the owner dropped off two workers, then left. The workers cleared a path in the weeds for me to approve where the steps would go. They also, to my surprise, took out part of a cement and stone wall. I questioned that, but was told it was necessary. The owner returned and told me he'd made a mistake. It would cost $11,000. He asked me if I wanted to pay that. I said no. He then said he wanted $500 for the "work already completed." I declined and told him he needed to repair the wall he destroyed. At first, he said he would. Then he got mad and said $500 is nothing to me and he wanted to pay his workers (for three hours work). He left, saying he would get concrete, and then drove his truck over the wall on my driveway, knocking it down. I gave him four days to come back to fix the wall. He never showed or contaced me."
