Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. Also inspected for safe operation!!! This company is very good!!! They completely installed a new wood burning stove and brought the chimney up to code for a safe operation. I would recommend the company to anyone who uses their fireplace/ wood burning insert for professional installation and maintenance. Thank you for keeping my family and home safe!!!!"

"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"

"Although I am unable to select the option of garage door repair (which this company also does) I will be leaving a review here since there does not seem to be another place to leave a review online for their garage door company. The service itself is not performed by this company and contracted out instead and according to the staff I spoke to they have no control over what time the contractors show up to the appointment. So take this into consideration when using this company for repairs, it is not their employees performing the job and who knows what time they will show up for you. For me, it was hours late. "
