"Mark went above and beyond during my cable install. He brought tools that helped the install go much quicker. He had several genius ideas that made things go much smoother. He worked around my limitations and requests, and truly went the extra mile. We tried to get it knocked out early in the day, since we had to be in the attic, in August. We started at 6am to try to beat the heat. We were done by 2:30pm. The attic was super hot by then, but Mark still got up there to finish the cabling runs. Exceptional work ethic, great guy, you can't go wrong! Hire him today. I took the photo of him sticking his entire arm in the ceiling through the tiny cutout for the exhaust fan.
