He tested to see what the moisture level was and notified me that there is a high chance of mold in the walls. This was concerning to us since we didn't anticipate this but we knew it needed to be taken care of. They managed the project well. We also had them replace a few of the door frames due to wood rot, fix the gaps in mortar, replace the storm door closer, etc. He came on time, was responsive, and checked in with me every so often. He even came back a day later since we had some concerns with something he worked on and was patient with us throughout the process."
