"Reuben's price was reasonable and he accomplished so much within the one day! He fixed 5 doors that wouldn't close, several cracks in walls (got the matching paint for touch ups), caulked some bad seals around some windows and a bathtub, and he installed a transitional threshold between our master bathroom and bedroom. He informed us when an electrical issue was outside his wheelhouse and recommended an electrician too, which is appreciated when it comes to fire hazards. Overall, he was great and we'll use him again if the need arises!"

"Steve has been amazing. He helped us patch a spot in our roof that was bringing in rain during big storms, installed a new fan for us (in our high ceiling family room) and installed a shade for our skylight in our bedroom. HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring Steve for your next job! He’s extremely responsive and quick to get the job done. We will continue to be returning customers."

"Dillan with Larry’s legacy land works did a phenomenal job installing our kitchen floor ! Great attention to detail"

"Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps. They arrived on time, installed both handrails quickly and safely. Handrails are sturdy, and now my parents lives are that much safer. Would recommend."

"The proprietor, Mike Bogart, was prompt and knowledgeable. We discussed various options for weatherstripping, installing a deck railing, scraping and repainting exterior siding. He suggested various solutions, we decided between them, adjusted when closer inspection showed it necessary, and he successfully performed the work. The estimate and change orders were handled professionally. I paid a small deposit up front for materials. My experience was low stress. The work was completed on time and looks good."
