The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. "My wife and I decided we no longer wanted sod in our backyard because of the water restrictions it's really hard to maintain. Instead, we opted for stamped concrete and walkways with mulch and rock. The guys also installed a few trees along the perimeter of the house, so we're excited to see how they do in hopes for more shade by next summer.
