They let us know the day before they were coming, they were on time, explained what they were doing, gave us ideas on things we could do different in the house, very personable. We re definitely having them back to do some upgrading on some outdated things and things done a little Mickey . We had them fix our phone lines because we found out we didn t have a working land line. They also do surround sound, internet, security, etc...
