Barrett is great and knows his tubs. I call whenever I have an issue and he is there to fix it right away. Very responsive and great to work with.

Gary inspected our jetted bathtub, diagnosed the issue(s) swiftly, explained the repair process and had our jetted tub up and running prior to his departure. Gary also offered me maintenance advice and his overall friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge as well as prompt service solidified my opinion that choosing Aqua Pro was a prudent decision.

Gary was great! He told us he had 35. Years in the business, and by the efficiency of his work, I believe that wholeheartedly. The level of customer service was among the best I've ever experienced on ANY home service job; he got out to us in 2 days from our first contact, had the problem diagnosed within 1/2 hour, got the part and came out to replace it a day earlier than promised! My wife and I had some logistical problems being there when he returned ( it was a day earlier than we expected) he completed the repairs, left us an invoice which we paid him the next day. HE also offered to leave a small space heater with us while the part was ordered, since it was.near.the freezing point outside and the tub was filled.but inoperable...5 stars is not enough for these guys! I had a cracked pipe leaking and called 4 hot tub repair places. Gary called me right back and was able to come next morning while the others were scheduling about week out. It looked to me lik a huge expensive job but he said it was actually quick and easy. He fixed the crack with acrylic rather than having to order a whole new pipe and it stopped the leak. Gave me pointers on maintenance also. Quick, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced.

Came out quick when others were a week or more out ,, hot tub heater was out and the weather was going to be freezing. He saved it from more damage.

Aqua Pro has kept our hot tub running great over the years. The hot tub was included when we bought our home. We could not keep the chemical balance right and were constantly buying new chemicals to improve water quality. Aqua Pro suggested an installed their black light technology and it has been a game-changer. We add a pre-determined amount of their solution twice a week and the hot tub is always clean. We no longer need test kits or struggle with a chemical imbalance. Thank you Aqua Pro for making owning and maintaining a hot tub easy and enjoyable.
