His wife cleaned out the A/C filters which hadn’t been done in years and he was able to get the expansion tank from the water heater replaced and sealed without making a further mess. Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."
