We worked with Ben throughout the project. He made sure the work was done on time and with quality. That was in 2017. Three years later, in 2020, some tiles cracked. We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it.
