Communication was excellent, they were very flexible and knowledgeable. The plastic trim where the tv cord is hidden could have been a little bit neater, but overall I recommend!

We recently needed to upgrade our home s WiFi coverage to get us the bandwidth necessary for multiple home security cameras. Anthony came out to my home, free of charge, to assess our situation and give us a quote. The proposed solution and the quote were both great. What s more, Anthony was super patient with me as I asked lots of neurotic follow-up questions by email. On the day of the project, he came with a partner, calling about 45 minutes ahead to let us know his ETA. He and his partner were both courteous and respectful, and they both wore masks without me having to ask (this work took place in the age of COVID-19). Partway through the project, I threw in some last minute thoughts about a new TV antenna and Anthony graciously agreed to do that work the same day, for a very fair price. At the end of the project we realized that part of the WiFi system did not quite meet my initial expectations for specifications. Not a deal breaker, but also not what we were expecting. Anthony acknowledged the discrepancy and provided a fair discount to make up for it. The job he did was completed safely, and they made it look very clean in the end. When you re poking holes in walls, you always want to make sure it looks professional when all is said and done. Anthony nailed it. I m very happy with the service I received and I would work with Digital Concepts again in the future, should such needs arise.

Anthony installed an OTA antenna that integrated perfectly with my directv receiver and remote (I was told by directv that this was impossible) it was not easy but Anthony persevered until the project was correct If you need local channels Anthony is your man

Wanted to drop an Ethernet line to the other side of the house via the attic. Anthony was able to swing by and complete the job using an affordable budget within 2 hours that next day. He was transparent about our options, and his thought process & recommendations. He was very thoughtful about cleanup, too. Thanks Anthony!

Good service. Anthony took great care and did a lot of extra work to make our ethernet jacks work and made the HD antenna work in three television sets. Lots of extra work done for no charge and willing to come back to fix any issues.
