"After purchasing our new home and enduring an especially cold and snowy winter, we noticed that water was collecting in our gutters and seeping into the drywall. This turned out to be the result of an improperly installed roof edge that would not allow snow and water to be pushed away from the house. We contacted Virtuous Roofing and asked if they could send someone over to review. They responded almost immediately and had a crew inspecting our roof the next day. The boss, Edgar, personally reached out to confirm the arrival of his crew. He even delivered the materials to fix the roof himself! Edgar took the time to show how his crew had replaced the roof under the guidance of the previous owner. The next day, the crew was back and quickly installed the new roof edge. They were very easy to communicate with, and under Edgar's guidance, I feel like we are in good hands should anything else come up with our roof and gutters!"

I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. Once my project was completed, that was when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado.
