"My experience with Clean Air Genie was great. They were professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me clearly and provided pictures and videos before and after the work was done. My air ducts were pretty bad (hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years) and they were able to get them very clean and sanitized. I appreciate that their prices were transparent and fair for the work. "I called another provider who referred me to this company. It was okay. There are still some smudges on one of my deck windows and I even mentioned it to the guy before he left and it still wasn't cleaned. I told my husband that I'm not going to use them again. He was nice but not overly nice; he seemed like he was really overwhelmed. I was straightforward about mentioning that the window was still smudged up and it never got cleaned."
