I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years. And most have been mediocre at best. If you’re looking to have any type of remodeling done at your home look no further! The folks here are among the most professional and skilled I have had the pleasure to hire! Marcelo and his brother are a team to be reckoned with! The owner (Bruce) takes such pride in how he conducts business and how he treats his associates. I was truly impressed! Can’t say enough about this group. All I can say is if you call somebody else, you will not be as happy as you would’ve been with Premier Stone and Tile.

We were so blessed to have Bruce with Premiere Tile and Stone work on our home. His customer service was amazing and their quality of work exceeded our expectations. We had 6 bedrooms and a laundry room and they were able to start work a week after the quote and finished in 2 weeks. The installer, Frank, is an absolute artist when it came to working with tile. He did herringbone in multiple rooms and it turned out amazing. His attention to detail is everything you could ask for. The group was very polite, respectful, and kept everything very clean. Bruce was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Marcelo was the one who installed our tile and he had such great attention to detail. He took his time with his work, answered all our questions, and checked in with us to make sure things would be exactly how we wanted and look good, which we really appreciated because my wife especially can get hung up on small details. He clearly enjoys his work and is great at it, and we didn't have to worry because we could trust Marcelo to do a great job. Our bathroom tile and kitchen backsplash turned out fantastic, and for a reasonable price. We had gotten several discouraging quotes (a combination of expensive and questionable customer service) before we found Premier Tile and Stone, and we're so glad we did. Bruce was a pleasure to work with Frank was a top notch pro. Very detail oriented and precise. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything at the end. Be ware of this contractor and he hires subcontractors, lack of communication and since he does not answer his phone you cannot communicate with him.

Well, Premier Tile and Stone, LLC based in Castle Rock, CO is your company. I hired Premier Tile and Stone, LLC to do the tile work in my master bathroom remodel. The owner, Bruce Thorsen, produced a detailed, line-item quote, came to my house to measure and validate everything, provided instruction on the quantity of materials I need to buy (tile square footage, grout, etc.), recommended other contractors he has worked with before to do some framing, demo, and drywall work that was needed, and frequently stopped by to check on progress and owner satisfaction. Bruce was amazing to work with. Marcelo did a great job at installing all my tile and always reached out to me to let me know if his schedule changed. Marcelo was also very conscientious about his work and you could tell that he takes pride in what he does. We used Bruce's recommendation for doing some framing, baseboards, drywall, and painting, and Armando, Carlos, and Efrain again all did amazing work. Carlos was meticulous at painting everything and Efrain is a wizard at doing drywall texturing and blending it with existing walls. I can't recommend Premier Tile and Stone, LLC enough and will not hesitate to use them again.

Bruce and Marcelo are very personable and understood what I was looking for in a contractor. Past experiences really jaded us but Bruce and Marcelo communicated the entire way. Marceloâ s work is amazing and he takes his time. He is a very hard worker and knows his stuff. Donâ t pass up a chance to work with these guys!

Frank, one of his workers, proved to be an excellent craftsman. When we had a slight problem with the finished work, Bruce made sure the fix was quick without compromising quality. I am very impressed with Bruce and Premier Tile and Stone. There was an issue with the original install and Bruce was very easy to work with to correct the issue. Issues are not uncommon in construction and it was really refreshing working with Bruce. He stands by his name and ultimate finished product.
