"It was a little bit of a mess to be honest. I had ordered service from a different vendor who blew me off. They said they would call me in a couple weeks to re-schedule, and they never called. After calling back and forth, they said they were booked up for the next three months. I called Angie's List for a refund, but I was outside the 30 day window. I had to spend on an upgrade of $550 for the same Big Deal or else I would have lost the original $400.
These people were nice, but their crew cracked my ceiling during the install and installed the wrong outlet on the power plug. It wasn't a necessarily a smooth experience. I am kind of pissed at Angie's List because you didn't support me. Of the last four deals that I have bought over the years, only one has worked out well.
The work didn't go quite as planned. I honestly wouldn't recommend them. It was a s***show. The guy almost stepped through my ceiling. They installed the wrong outlet. They had to come back two extra times to remedy it. It was amateur hour. It didn't get done right the first time.

"Work and quality were good. I'm very disappointed because I paid an extra $100 for an additional vent to be installed in my attic for the solar fan. The work never happened...I've called and emailed owner three times requesting a refund of the $100 for work that was never performed. No response from owner and I'm out $100 - will continue to pester in hopes that I get my money back. Unprofessional handling of situation. Also strange handling of my credit card payment.
