Howdy Neighbor!!! Folks around here call me "Cowboy Jim" (Owner of Perfection Coating & Handyman Services, LLC). I am based out of Johnstown, Colorado but I will travel almost ANYWHERE for the right opportunity. My Primary specialty is Interior/Exterior Painting, Refinishing or Refubishing Decks or Fences, or Deck & Fence repair. However, I AM and ALWAYS have been a HANDYMAN!!! (35 years experience). On ALL of my projects I extend a 2 year waranty that is fully transferable to any new owneships. I can also accept ALL major credit cards to possibly help you schedule your projects easier. This time of the year with the added pressure of our economy and the holidays, many companies are offering reasonable discounts for their services. Although this may be attractive to most people, I have found that too many shortcuts are taken when you discount your services too much. I will NEVER claim to be the cheapest in the industry!!! I know many people have delayed painting the EXTERIOR of their homes or structures the past 3 seasons. However......It's NOT TOO LATE to paint your exteriors. I primarily use Sherwin Williams paints that are designed to be used as low as 35 degrees, and up to 85 degrees. These paints have a minimum of a 15 year gurantee as well. As far as interior painting, I use ZERO V.O.C. Paints. We can match any color, and even give you some interior design ideas. Pricing can vary from project to project. It is always best to estimate this is person. My estimates are ALWAYS free of charge!!! Some projects that I do are done as an hourly rate (Most Handyman Services are priced this way) My hourly rate for SMALL projects are $60.00 for the first hour, an $40.00 for each additional hour, PLUS any material costs. I DO NOT mark up materials like most companies either!!! I only charge you what I pay for those materials, and those are usually discounted due to my contractor status. Painting prices average at about $300.00 for an average INTERIOR bedroom, and EXTERIOR painting AVERAGES at about $2,200.00. Please keep in mind that these are AVERAGE Prices.
