Mark and his partner have completed 2 projects for us. The performance and quality on the first project led us to trust them with the second. And, we intend to use them again. They take the time to fully assess what is necessary, communicate every step of the way and deliver great work at a fair price. I highly recommend having them bid out your project against others in an industry filled with shysters! Work included drywall, carpentry and tiling. We are so pleased with the results.

Chuck was quick to respond and easy to work with. He was able to come out within a couple days to patch drywall and retexture spots on our walls.

Mark was awesome. He was hired on short notice and stayed in communication before his arrival. He fixed our front door flawlessly - was sticking very bad. He also fixed the door handle that we didn't even know was going to fail soon. Mark also checked our patio door for function - we didn't even ask him! He charged us a VERY reasonable rate for his work and the time and care he took in doing the repair. Mark is very personable and easy to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark for your door service needs.

Chuck and Mike were amazing. I reached out for drywall services and Chuck got back to me immediately and was able to come and fix my drywall the next morning. They did a great job and I would recommend to hire these guys!

Great experience. Chuck, as promised, arrive early and finished early. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed timely and professionally. Highly recommend Chuck and Landmark Royal.

Chuck was prompt and on time for the repairs. He also completed the work quickly. Nothing changed from the initial quote I was provided and he even repaired an additional small area that was included in my cost. I will use Landmark Royal LLC again!

Chuck was prompt, thorough, detailed, and cleaned up sufficiently after. He also patched up many more rooms and holes than was originally quoted without charging more, which was very appreciated. I'll be giving Chuck a call next time I need some drywall help!

This project was difficult because it required fixing another drywaller's mess. The end product looked almost perfect.

Did a great job! One BIG problem was that the dust left from him was horrible. I have many pieces of sculpture and paintings. Every piece has to be hand cleaned and my beveled floor needs to be hand cleaned in all the grooves! He did hang plastic to contain the dust, but it did not work! Both men were polite and their work was done well, but this clean-up is going to take me at least 2 weeks to get rid of the dust! (or more, I am 78 doing this myself so I can save money for painting!)
