He tackled our old inverter system with ease, replacing a cooling fan deep within its innards, which necessitated disconnecting and disassembling a bunch of complex wiring and components (circuit breakers, charge controllers, monitor wiring and battery farm all involved) to get to the fan. He reconnected everything with no problems whatsoever, and everything is working wonderfully, good as new! "My appointment time was between 8am and 10 am. The installer (Enrique) arrived at 8:03 am . I had already decided where I wanted the fan to be installed. Enrique looked over the job and said that the location was fine. We talked for about 10 minutes about how the fan would be most effective. Enrique gave me his advice (he has been doing these installations for years). I declined his suggestion for additional vents, since I had a "full ridge vent" installed with my new roof last year. There was no pressure from Enrique, and he assured me that I can have additional vents installed later if need be. When the installation was complete, Enrique demonstrated how the fan works, the distance that the house windows should be opened and other helpful information. It is unbelievable how much air is moved thru the house with this appliance. It is going to be great! Enrique told me that the fan would be noisier in the hallway where I wanted the fan installed...the sound echos in that type of space. Indeed while standing in the hallway, it seems noisy, but in the very next room, the volume was not enough to interfere with watching TV. There is very little noise when the fan is switched to low. Enrique was prompt, professional, courteous, pleasant and well groomed. He respected that I was the customer. He covered the area he was working in and cleaned up when done. He worked quietly...as much as one can when using tools. He is efficient at his job. The whole job was done from knock on the door to driving down the driveway in about 3.5 hours. It is April, and I am sure when Denver gets its streak of 90 degree weather this fan will give the results I want. By the way....Enrique arrived in a fairly new, clean, well organized, well stocked van. This service was top-notch!!! In addition, Seymour, apparently the owner of this shop, interacted with me per email several times last summer, as I was trying to coordinate the fan installation with the new roof project. He spent considerable time giving me information. When I emailed 2 weeks ago I got exactly the appointment time I wanted. Great service all around."

"It was a little bit of a mess to be honest. I had ordered service from a different vendor who blew me off. They said they would call me in a couple weeks to re-schedule, and they never called. After calling back and forth, they said they were booked up for the next three months. I called Angie's List for a refund, but I was outside the 30 day window. I had to spend on an upgrade of $550 for the same Big Deal or else I would have lost the original $400.



These people were nice, but their crew cracked my ceiling during the install and installed the wrong outlet on the power plug. It wasn't a necessarily a smooth experience. I am kind of pissed at Angie's List because you didn't support me. Of the last four deals that I have bought over the years, only one has worked out well. 



The work didn't go quite as planned. I honestly wouldn't recommend them. It was a s***show. The guy almost stepped through my ceiling. They installed the wrong outlet. They had to come back two extra times to remedy it. It was amateur hour. It didn't get done right the first time.

"I called and they showed up the same day because they were in the area to look at my non functioning sockets. I explained what happened and he knew what the problem was. I had wired my new light fixture improperly so my sockets quit working. In less than an hour my light was rewired and the sockets working again. The man was very polite and explained where I went wrong as he fixed the wiring. If I have any other electrical needs I will definitely call here first."

"The deal was for an attic fan, additional vent, and gutter cleaning. Scheduling was difficult.  I had to make several phone calls to them.  My calls were returned by the owner, Aaron.  Delay to get the fan installed was due to their packed calender, a damaged fan at their warehouse (reorder), and the weather.  When we could finally get a date for install, Aaron didn't come out to do the work.  A young man and woman did the labor.  They were professional and fast.  My roof had two vents already so they determined the vent was not needed.  Since it was beginning of fall, they didn't do the gutter cleaning.  Leaving the only portion of the deal to complete was the fan install.  They didn't need any replacement roof tiles.  I didn't get any paperwork for completion of the install.  I did ask for it.   On the phone, Aaron said they would come back in the fall to do the gutter cleaning but I never needed it this fall (wind took care of the leaves) so I didn't get this scheduled.  The fan is quiet, I can't even tell if it is running.  We didn't have enough "hot" days in Sept to tell if it was working.  I researched the fan and the price of the deal was equal to the cost of the fan.  There is no remote control.  The fans internal thermostat is suppose to keep the attic at a cool 72 deg, even in the winter.   There is a 1 year warranty on the fan so at least I will have next hot summer to see if it works as it is suppose to.  Even, though I didn't meet him, Aaron from Ace Roofing was very professional and accommodating."
