"We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

"I rarely write reviews, but when a company goes over and beyond my expectations, I am compelled to tell others; this is the case with Bold Brothers Roofing. My daughter and I recently purchased my father's home after his passing. My father had replaced his roof within the past 8-9 years after a hailstorm. Something about the roof never looked right, and recently it was discovered that the flashing was installed incorrectly by the original roofing company allowing water to pool under the roof tiles. I was given Bold Brothers' information from a friend who had recently used them for her roof. Jake Siebold came out to inspect our roof. Jake's level of knowledge and professionalism impressed me. He was on time and extremely courteous. Jake explained that our roof foundation boards were severely compromised and would not hold up under winter snowstorms. With that information, we decided to act quickly. Jake and his team were extremely efficient and had us scheduled for our new roof within a week. His crew showed up on time and worked the entire time, even as the sun was setting. They completed our new roof and gutter installs in two days. They spent extra time making sure all the roof debris was picked up before they wrapped up the project. "Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it.
