We cant say enough good about Jake (our Project Manager) and Bold Brothers Roofing. Following a pretty nasty hailstorm that wiped out various parts of our house, they were there for us. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and trustworthy and we mostly just sat back and watched it all happen. Jake handled the majority of the communication with the insurance company (the paperwork for this was odious at best!). The roof, gutters, windows and painting were all replaced or repaired by Bold Brothers or their subs and they all did a great job. They cleaned up the site after installation and seemed happy to come back for a couple of touch-ups. About all we had to do was to file for a bit of depreciation with the insurance company on a couple of items where we used our own family to complete repairs. We highly recommend Bold Brothers and Jake especially for turning a nightmare into a walk in the park. Thank you all.

This year (2023) a plethora of hailstorms and heavy winds struck the Colorado foothills which lead me and many of my neighbors to search for a roof repair company. As a new homeowner I did not know the process and needed to ensure whoever I worked with was someone I could trust. I can honestly say that this was an incredibly positive experience and this is a company you can trust. Jake helped walk me through every step of the insurance claim process and fought relentlessly (I mean truly fought for this claim) to get my roof replacement approved. Once approved, Jake made sure that the new roof materials matched my current home, that the new roof materials were hail-rated, and that the roof replacement would be completed as soon as possible. I can now trust that my roof will withstand any additional storms without causing internal damage to my home. I highly recommend this company for any roof repair/ replacement needs.

Canâ t say enough great things about Jake and Bold Brothers roofing. I had some water intrusion from my roof following the recent storms. Jake came out and inspected the roof. He found that the roof was in good shape, except for the area of leak. He repaired the area on the spot! Very thankful for his professional and honest assessment and expertise! Thanks Jake! Jake worked with the insurance company, took care of all of their and our needs, coming to a successful outcome on our behalf. All work done on our roof was not only done on time but at the highest quality. We never felt the need to worry about anything during the whole process. My roof was really old and the got damaged by falling tree limbs in a snowstorm. My insurance agent recommended Bold Brothers, and I recommend them too! Jake was great and handled everthing: permits and inspections and all my questions and every available option. He was my champion with the insurance company and I even paid less out-of-pocket than was estimated. The crew was so good and the work is stellar and looks gorgeous. They were so careful and thier cleanup was amazing (I found one nail, just one!) This is a wonderful family company and they really do care about you.

Let me start by saying I can recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations! We became aware of roof problems after some drywall on our ceiling fell off. We contacted our insurance company who sent a contractor to evaluate the roof. The roof was damaged, but the insurance company claimed it was old damage and thus would not cover it. We had an insurance claim on the roof in 2017 after a storm in which probably 80% of the house in our neighborhood got new roofs, but insurance said we didn't need a new roof and only paid for a few siding and screen damages. We contacted Bold Brothers and Jake Siebold came out to take a look. He agreed there was old damage, but thought it could have occurred in 2017. He advised us on strategy for dealing with the insurance company. We appealed to the insurance company, and they sent a another contractor (a "forensic engineer") who inspected the roof and agreed that the damage was old. After addition appeals to the insurance, they agreed to re-open our 2017 claim and buy us a new roof. Throughout this process, Jake was tremendously supportive and held our hands throughout this whole process, kept in close touch and also dealt with the insurance company. Once we had the go ahead from insurance, Bold Brothers was able to quickly schedule the job and completed the roof replacement in 1 day (excepts for gutters, which occurred a few days later). We also received a few new attic vents and soffit vents. The crew cleaned up after themselves very throughly. Jake followed up with inspections and personal contact. The new roof looks great and the work was well done. I have no doubt that without Jake and Bold Brother's effort we would not have succeeded in getting the insurance company to honor our claim. I recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations - a rarity for me!

They were fantastic. They were efficient. They worked with our insurance company. The roof they replaced allowed us to receive a discount on our homeowners insurance. Jake was there every step of the way. He spent a lot of time up on the roof and and photographs that he shared were valuable for us to see the damage that was done. Our 30 year old home in Arvada need the roof and gutters replaced; water was pooling and leaking into our interior. Jake was our guy, he came over worked with the inspector and got us the most out of our insurance company. Jake worked with the insurance to continuously follow up and keep them committed to paying the full amount and depreciation. The work was quality and went pretty quickly as well. Bold Brothers is a great local business, family owned, and I highly recommend using them for any roof or gutter damage repair!

In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom. We began by contacting Bold Brothers Roofing since they had just finished replacing a roof across the street and our neighbors were very pleased. Jake came out, inspected our roof, took photographs and explained in great detail why a new roof was necessary. Canâ t say enough good things about Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing. After agreeing to replace our roof, Jake pretty much took it from there. He met with our home insurance adjuster on-site, helped us pick out a new roof (more difficult than I ever would have thought) and completely oversaw the entire roof installation process. Every step went smoothly, thanks to Jake. The crew that installed the roof from Bold Brothers was very professional, competent, and friendly. When the crew left at the end of day, you could not tell that a new roof was installed; no scrap of roofing material was left in our yard. Thanks again, Jake! After noticing we had lost some sections of shingles during a wind storm in December we contacted Bold Brothers to give us an assessment. During the insurance adjusterâ s visit Jake was a very effective advocate in making the case with the company to cover the replacement of the entire roof and gutters in view of both the wind and hail damage. We were very pleased with the professional manner of the Bold Brothers workers and would definitely recommend them for future work.

We had just moved into our new house and needed to get a new roof. I researched roofers and decided on Bold Brothers Roofing, and I'm SO glad I did. Jake was incredibly responsive and helpful, taking time to explain any time I had questions. Jake was patient and very knowledgeable about the products and options we were looking at for our roof. We had to go back and forth with the insurance company a few times and Jake was always willing to help us with this to make sure we got the correct amount. Luckily Jake was strong advocate for us. He worked on our behalf and eventually got the insurance company to pay out what the job would actually cost. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, taking time to explain any time I had questions. My insurance company fought tooth and nail to pay out as little as they possibly could, but luckily I had a strong advocate in Jake. He worked on my behalf and eventually got the insurance company to pay out what the job would actually cost. I'm certain if I had been dealing with them by myself I would have ended up paying a significant amount out of pocket. Even though I had a small job - just a section of my roof, I always felt as important to Bold Brothers as any other customer, even ones with much bigger, more lucrative jobs. Bold Brothers recently did an outstanding job replacing my roof, skylights, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. All work was accomplished on time and done perfectly. I can't heap enough praise on Jake Seibold the project manager, coordinator. Jake was on the job site the entire time from the first time he came to estimate the job till its completion. There was no pressure, they are great people, outstanding workmanship, very compassionate and completely honest. I cannot them enough praise. Jake Seibold along with the entire Bold Brothers Roofing is not a 5 star organization, but 10 star organization. Jake gave me exceptional customer service. All of Jake's suggestion were used' so in closing if you want a job done above and beyond you cannot go wrong in choosing Bold Brothers Roofing.

Living in Northeastern Colorado, we get a lot of hail storms! We have worked with several roofing companies over the last 25, and Bold Brothers are by far the best we have ever hired! They were here when the insurance adjuster came out for an inspection and worked with our adjuster in a very professional manner, pointing out many things he missed. They also dealt 3 more times with our insurance company, getting us more money to help with some other damage we had. Under their advisement we went with the best roof possible! We are so glad we listened to Jake!!! We just had another hail storm (golf ball size) on our 18 month old roof in early May. We didn't call our insurance, we called Bold Brothers. Jake and Scott not only came once to inspect our roof, but came back later in the month just to take another look and see if after a few weeks more damage was visible. Somehow our roof had only about 10 hard hits, and thankfully just a few touch ups were needed saving us yet another deductible! We can't recommend this company enough....AMAZING young men!!!! They go above and beyond for their customers. Bold Brothers (Nick, Scott and Jake) will be a great asset to Northeastern Colorado for many years to come!

We worked with Jake to replace our extremely old and tired shake roof and gutters. We looked at 5 different companies for our project and decided to go forward with Bold brothers and Jake in particular because they were so knowledgeable, professional and made us feel comfortable that we would get a great roof for a fair price. Communication from beginning to the end was exceptional, the roof and gutters both look great and the level of care that Jake and the team took exceeded every one of our exceptions. We had a little lawn gnome in the back yard that accidentally got stepped on and destroyed during the roof install and Jake brought us a replacement (any much nicer one) he truly cares about his customers and doing the best work that they can. Choosing Bold Brothers to do our roof was the easiest and best home decision we have ever made!!

We had a significant amount of shingles blown off our roof in a recent windstorm. Bold Brothers (Jake in particular) came out and inspected our roof - tarped the damaged areas and worked with our insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Jake's level of communication and professionalism is second to none. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything moved exactly as stated - no surprises. Bold Brothers takes a stressful situation and makes it a breeze. Even their billing structure was handled in such a way that I was never out of pocket a penny more than my insurance deductible. Bold Brothers has my highest recommendation. A++!

I rarely write reviews, but when a company goes over and beyond my expectations, I am compelled to tell others; this is the case with Bold Brothers Roofing. My daughter and I recently purchased my father's home after his passing. My father had replaced his roof within the past 8-9 years after a hailstorm. Something about the roof never looked right, and recently it was discovered that the flashing was installed incorrectly by the original roofing company allowing water to pool under the roof tiles. I was given Bold Brothers' information from a friend who had recently used them for her roof. Jake Siebold came out to inspect our roof. Jake's level of knowledge and professionalism impressed me. He was on time and extremely courteous. Jake explained that our roof foundation boards were severely compromised and would not hold up under winter snowstorms. With that information, we decided to act quickly. Jake and his team were extremely efficient and had us scheduled for our new roof within a week. His crew showed up on time and worked the entire time, even as the sun was setting. They completed our new roof and gutter installs in two days. They spent extra time making sure all the roof debris was picked up before they wrapped up the project. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Bold Brothers roofing, and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

As a Realtor, I know how important the conditions of roofs are to potential buyers even in this very competitive Seller's Market. Finding a roofing company that I can depend on when clients need roof inspections, repairs, or replacements is crucial.
