Jacob was very responsive. He dealt with my wife mainly and he answered all her calls and questions. We needed the repairs done on a short timeline and Diligent delivered. We didn't have a single negative experience at any point during the roof repair process. He worked with the insurance adjuster and company to ensure we only paid the deductible. A+
