This company contacted me immediately and was able to perform the service I needed the next day. Omar was very friendly, upfront, and easy to work with. They were able to repair many deep scratches, stains and water damage left in my hardwood floors by tenants. Would definitely hire them again.

It was a great experience, work was done very efficiently, they are very kind people and make sure that they please their customers as much as they can! I had a few requests and they did great providing everything I wanted to be done. I am very happy with the outcome of this project done to my house, it definitely brought a big change and feel more at home.

Very unreliable - did not keep promises to show up on time, and rescheduled several times. Initial work quality is ok, part of the project was not completed due to angry disagreement on the dimensions of rise/run in the stairs. Contractor's behavior was totally unsatisfactory. If wish there was a -5 on the rating scale.

"With all due respect sir I don?t think anyone would be very happy after sending in an appropriate change order due to the amount of extra requests made by you and upgrading your materials to something slightly more expensive, your answer was good luck tying to get any money I am not paying you a dime whatsoever ! After 80% of the work was completed to your satisfaction as you can see in the you tube video you were aggressive, disrespectful towards our staff and apparently your wife and daughter"

Omar and Hector have done our hardwood floors, carpet, kitchen remodel and just finished our new windows two of them being large ones. Their work on all projects has been outstanding. Our new windows are beautiful inside and out. Five stars is not enough. It should be 10. I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and their work cannot be beat. I am highly pleased

They did an excellent job Hector is a perfectionist and installed it perfectly! It is a 136# mailbox on a 6” square tube base with 4 bags of concrete! Omar, managed the project and was terrific to deal with!

I plan to have several more projects done in the future. I will tell you they did excellent job and i was totally shocked at how beautiful it is. The price was awesome and they cleaned up afterwards. They were the fastest to respond, fastest to get to my place. I received a quote that evening and the price was reasonable. I had them finish some baseboards and door orientation. There was a day where I thought they might have ghosted me and I was looking for a little bit more communication, but then they reached out that evening and we were able to find a solution of trim that worked well.

The person was very efficient in removing unwanted old items including televisions and printers. I was also able to finally get rid of some items in the basement such as old animal cages. I am very grateful to finally dispose of these items. He also took an old microwave oven and set up a new one I had purchased. I am especially grateful that he took electronic items as I know that some trash removal services specify that they will not take electronics. I thought that I was charged a reasonable price for this service. Thank you.

I hired NOSV Services LLC to install luxury vinyl flooring in my basement and Omar and his team did a great job. Omar was super responsive and timely on the communication side of things and Jose did an amazing job on my floors. I love that they are a family owned company. They obviously take pride in their work and care that, at the end of it all, the customer is fully satisfied with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring install.
