"Jim did a good job with the dry wall work, kitchen cabinet install, plumbing, and tile work. He would do a good job of communicating his plan and following through on when he was going to accomplish the work as well as status updates. Since we picked out all the materials, there was a couple things we didn't communicate well on how it should be installed. If something needed to be changed, Jim was very open to making several of the changes that we requested through the project. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself. Jim provided a good value for his work. He was very good at communicating with us. He also was very good with dry wall. I would recommend Jim to anyone for a kitchen or bathroom remodel."

"The minute I met Glenn I knew his company was the one I would go with. "Richlynn Construction did a great job with finishing our basement. They were on time and on budget. I compared many general contractors and Richlynn was the same price but I really liked how they handled materials and their contract. Very responsive. Rich is knowledgeable about construction with little details like door knobs, corners, and light switches. Our basement is exactly how we wanted it and we changed our minds many times. He never charged a change order fee. Only the cost of the work and materials. He also uses a great designer so we saw what our basement would look like and the permit/inspections were painless."
