I compared many general contractors and Richlynn was the same price but I really liked how they handled materials and their contract. Very responsive. Rich is knowledgeable about construction with little details like door knobs, corners, and light switches. Our basement is exactly how we wanted it and we changed our minds many times. He never charged a change order fee. Only the cost of the work and materials. He also uses a great designer so we saw what our basement would look like and the permit/inspections were painless."
