Josh was very flexible, had great ideas, and was very responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs. "This is a new company but we hired them because we were very impressed with our first meeting where the owner (Glenn), designer and project supervisor all attended. We didn't need new cabinets, but we wanted new countertops with a full backsplash, sink, fixtures, and appliances. The price seemed reasonable and Glenn is very transparent about how he arrives at the budgetary number. We did not use financing. Issues encountered were very minor and were resolved quickly. They underestimated the time needed for the tile backsplash, which I'm sure they will consider the next time they schedule a project, but it didn't cause us any problems. Though DBF is a new company, they have some good experience on their team, and we are very happy with the way the project went and the way we were treated. So they are off to a very good start."

"living space and then extending the patio beyond it -- and the end result is honestly incredible. What used to be a space we could only use part of the year is now a true second living area we use all the time. The transition between indoor and outdoor feels super seamless, and the added patio space outside makes it perfect for hosting or just relaxing. Throughout the whole project, their team made the process feel manageable and well thought out. Everything came together exactly how we had hoped, and you can tell a lot of attention went into both the design and the build quality. It completely changed how we use our home -- couldn't be happier with how it turned out."

"Project is still in process. High quality work, on time, great customer interaction. Organized and clean work area."

"From out first meeting for an estimate, all the way to the end of our project, JM Builders were outstanding with communication, and they always showed up on time. Their work is outstanding and they are very flexible with design ideas and working with the customer. We used them to remodel our entire basement and some extra rooms upstairs, I would hire them again if we ever need another contractor!"

"From design to finish Baker Builders had great communication and the work was completed timely and high quality. We are very happy with the results and the cost per sq ft was much less than the added value."

"We are really pleased with our basement remodel. Katie has a great eye and the contractor and team completed the job in a timely and quality manner."
