"Our project was an addition to our new St Aubyn home in Berthoud, CO. The addition was a 17ft x 28ft covered porch that looks like it was designed by the builder originally. It replaced a 10x13 concrete pad that the builder provided. The addition was done so that it integrated and matched the house to look like it was part of the original build. This required solid footings and concrete work. The roof was done to connect to the existing roof line, and the structure has two levels of ceilings covered with T&G Cedar boards. The porch post have stone work that matches the front of the house. We had a huge barn door added to the west side for wind and sun protection. The siding matches what St Aubyn the builder used. Only a picture shows you how great the finished project looks. Greg & his contractors did quality work, are professional and very easy to work with. Every individual involved with the project were friendly, listened to our input, and did quality work. Greg worked with us through our changes even after his original estimate. The project was completed with only a couple modifications to what the Architect and we originally had in the plans.
