"We had Will do some work for us in the past. The work was completed, not in a very timely manner, but was very happy on how the final project turned out. However we did have some communication issue's in which Will was difficult to contact on occasion, or took a very long time to get back to us, and he or his crew would sometimes show up unannounced. We did decide to give Will another shot to do some other projects that we had planned because we liked him and his work, but this time the communication was even worse than before. We waited more than two months and still had no idea when our project would start, or the cost of the project. Was very disappointed in Will's lack of communication with us, and because of that we had to postpone our projects because of the up coming holidays and not knowing when Will would have time for us. Didn't want him to show up when we were out of town or just not home. In my opinion it appears that unless you are a large dollar project you will not get Will's immediate attention, which is fine, I understand the man has to make a living, but he really needs to improve on communication and scheduling, especially with the smaller project people."

"My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. "I have a 3 horse, bumper pull trailer that was over 20 years old. The tongue metal was compromised, the spare tire mount had fallen off due to rust and compromised metal, and a metal panel on the interior gate had fallen off. I asked them to fix those problems and then inspect the trailer for any other problems. They fixed the issues, and created solutions that were cost effective and much more robust than the original design. They took care of some additional issues that I did not see, and I am confident that the trailer is much more safe for both my family towing it and the livestock inside it."
