"GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

"Alignment Construction was hired to remodel/renovate my Master Bedroom, Bath, and Guest Bath. The rooms were original, 1991. Vance and crew removed all exposed lighting and replaced with recessed. Hardwood flooring was installed in the bedroom and the Master Bath gutted. They removed an existing small shower and, with innovative design, were able to build a large shower with bench seating. This was complicated by an existing window wall that I wanted to keep. By utilizing every inch of space available, they were able to install a stackable washer/dryer and hide it behind a door, giving my home two laundry stations. Vance built a custom vertical sliding storage unit that sits alongside the washer/dryer. I had a good idea of the look I wanted and once conveyed to Vance, he was instrumental in the selection of fixtures and finishes. Everything was 100% professionally handled. There is a contract with cost clearly stated and most importantly, zero surprises. He and his team arrived punctually every morning and the job was completed within the time frame allotted. I live in a strict HOA governed community and Vance adhered to every restriction. My neighbors commented he was there every day - which is evidently unusual for many General Contractors. I will hire Alignment Construction for future work and recommend him without hesitation."

After getting the BBB involved, the owner Sara Luevano still will not return my deposit and want to charge ME a 20% "cancellation" fee for never building my deck! In addition, the materials my HOA had approved last year were discontinued and are now no longer available. They made up lies with the BBB trying to make up excuses for dropping the ball on replacing my deck. Then they wanted me to wait around several more months this year for them to get around to getting their contractor's license in El Paso County for several months -- since they hadn't renewed it! By then, it was obvious the owners are liars, dishonest and not reliable. NO THANKS! "
