Flint Hill Carpentry

Flint Hill has been my go to for the parts of projects I canâ t do at my home for over a decade. Starting with the hard parts of finishing flooring, recommending design and installation of updated trim and door casing to the most recent custom kitchen cabinet on wheels, David has provided on time, on budget, and aesthetically appealing upgrades to my 1980s house. Iâ m not the easiest customer to please and have been met with flexibility and patience through 3 separate projects. Grateful for David, his skill, artistry and vision as Iâ ve made my home mine.

When i hired david i was a little nervous because i had never heard of him before but i can confidently say he was the best carpenter i have hired. He took out and replaced all of my kitchen cabinets, along with all new trim around the entire kitchen. My house was built in the 60s so the kitchen was very outdated but after David remodeled it you wouldâ ve never guessed that it was built in the 60s. He completely changed the whole look of the kitchen and made it feel like brand new. he even offered to rip out the old tiles and redo it with brand wood flooring for a very reasonable price. In total i was very pleased with the quality of his work and i would totally hire him again for other projects. if you are looking for a carpenter that has reasonable prices, quality work and great work ethic i would recommend Flinthill Carpentertry.

In my experience with David. He did an amazing job remodeling my basement. my basement was unfinished when I moved in, the flooring was all dirty and ripped up carpet, the ceiling was all drywall tiles that you would find in a school. David did a complete demo of the entire room. He put in brand new flooring which makes the room look brand new. When he did the ceiling he raised it up about 5 inches and did a custom ceiling along with new lights and beams. David also did a couple custom projects such as a desk, mantle and did a complete redesign of my closet. With all these projects he also did all the trim along the entirety of the basement. I would say David did a better job than most carpenters Iâ ve worked with before. With all the work he did in my basement the price was very reasonable and fair and he made sure that I was satisfied with everything and wouldnâ t leave until I was. Overall I was very very impressed and pleased with the work he put in and he was very respectful and genuinely very kind. I would 100% recommend him for any work you may need.

Flint hill Carpentry cased all my windows in one day of measurements and one day of take out and install. It was beyond my expiations! Iâ  ve got great pictures that everyone goes crazy about! Great guys to work with they put you in the drivers seat to make your own calls. Defiantly recommend

Flinthill Carpentry is one of those rare finds. David is an EXPERT in woodworking and takes supreme pride in his work. My dad is a high-end custom home builder with the highest of standards. When he saw Davidâ s work on my custom mud room (David built the cubbies, lockers, cabinets, made the custom bench, designed everything, etc.), he inspected every joint and corner and his response was,â Wow, this guy knows what he is doing.â We also remodeled our kitchen and we used cabinets that were not easy to install. A previous builder tried to install but only David could do it to the quality we needed. He did it under pressure of a granite install and was supremely gracious and helpful. You just donâ t see trades work with this type of attention to detail and skill anymore. Plus, David is awesome to work with on a personal level. Iâ ve been in real estate for years, and he is one of those vendors you want to know and use!
